Equipped with special X-Ray, Electro-Magnetic, and Infrared vision, he is the spyglass of all spyglasses. And the only one who can match eye to eye, so to speak, Mr. E.Feet's HYPNOTIC POWERS. Artichoke treasures him with his life. After all, Sputnik once belonged to his parents.
